Carton Flow Racking is a gravity-driven light to medium-duty storage solution designed for storing cartons, small parts and small-sized goods. It is equipped with inclined flow rails, allowing cartons to slide automatically from the loading end to the picking end under their own weight, realizing FIFO inventory management, which ensures the timeliness of goods turnover. The racking has a compact structure, which maximizes the utilization of warehouse space and is suitable for fast-turnover small-batch and multi-SKU goods. Made of high-quality cold-rolled steel, it has good load-bearing capacity and durability, and the flow rails operate smoothly with low noise. The number of layers, layer height, rail slope and overall size can be customized according to the size and weight of cartons, as well as the warehouse layout. It is widely used in small warehouses, workshops, logistics distribution centers, supermarkets and other scenarios, providing a convenient and efficient storage solution for small goods and cartons.
