Customized Double Deep Racking for Heavy-Duty Selective High-Density Storage Solution

Double Deep Racking is a high-density selective storage solution designed to balance storage capacity and goods accessibility. It is an upgraded version of traditional selective racking, with pallets stored in two deep rows back to back, which eliminates one aisle between every two rows of racks, greatly improving warehouse space utilization. This system supports direct access to each pallet and is compatible with special double deep reach trucks, realizing efficient loading and unloading operations. Made of high-quality steel components, the racking has a stable structure, reliable load-bearing performance and easy installation. The number of layers, maximum load per layer, overall height and pallet depth can be customized according to the actual size of the warehouse and the specifications of the stored goods. It is widely used in food, beverage, wholesale, logistics and other industries with medium batch, multiple SKUs and regular goods turnover.
