Mezzanine Racking is an innovative multi-level storage solution designed to maximize the utilization of warehouse vertical space by building an intermediate mezzanine above the ground. It divides the warehouse into two or more layers, transforming single-layer storage into multi-layer storage, which can double or even triple the storage capacity without expanding the warehouse area. The mezzanine is supported by high-quality steel columns and beams, with a solid structure and reliable load-bearing performance, suitable for storing light to medium-weight goods such as cartons, small parts, and finished products. It is equipped with stairs or elevators for convenient access to goods on the mezzanine, and the floor of the mezzanine can be paved with anti-slip panels to ensure operational safety. The number of layers, mezzanine height, load capacity and overall layout can be customized according to the warehouse height, size and storage needs. It is widely used in small and medium-sized warehouses, workshops, logistics centers and other scenarios with limited floor space, providing a cost-effective space-expanding storage solution.
